Shipping - Return -Refund Policy

We ship across India but the shipping costs and timelines can differ with location. 
 

Once an order comes through as confirmed we will send it out within 5-7 days.
 

Please not that we will not accept any request for a refund or returning of said item that has been purchased through our online shop.
 

Once your order is shipped, the tracking code will sent to you for tracking the package.
 

We endeavor to pack all items with utmost care as these are fragile items, despite this, it is possible that there could be breakage. In said event, we would be glad to make you a replacement for the same to be delivered at the soonest. The shipping in this case will have to be borne be you. Given the time consuming nature of the material, it might take a few weeks to make a new piece.
