Custom Orders

We accept custom orders. If you have seen a work that has been previously made by us which has caught your eye, we would be happy to customise them for you. We are open to discussing ideas and references but we request you to refrain from asking us to copy other artist’s works.

Please note that once an order is finalized, we will require you to make an advance payment of 40% before we start the work on your order. We are open to discussing changes in ideas before the work starts, however, no changes will be accepted once the work has begun on the order. You can connect with us within 4 days from making the advance payment if you want to make any changes to your order. Should you choose to cancel the order, we will be unable to make a refund of the advance payment.

For bulk orders, the production timeline will be shared at the time of making the advance payment.

Usually, once an order is placed and is accepted, it will be completed within 50 days, with additional 5-7 days for it to be delivered. We will inform you if there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances and at this point if you request for a refund because of the delay from our end, we will be happy to make the refund.

Courier charges are additional and may vary depending on delivery location. These will be communicated at the time of making the final payment for the order.

We will request you to make your final payment before the shipment goes out from our end. Once we receive the final payment, your order will be shipped and the tracking code sent to you for tracking the package.
